
ORIGIN: Little Hadham
In 1834 a Joshua Revell of Little Hadham was convicted of stealing 9Ibs of Sugar 4s/0d being the property of Joseph Moginie, his employer. He was convicted at Herts Quarter Sessions Easter 1834 and was sentenced to 7 years hard labour and shipped to NSW on the Henry Porcher: departed England 4/9/34 - arrived NSW 01/1/35.
